Join Our Christian Ministry

If you're looking for a new church home, consider becoming a member of ABC. We enjoy welcoming men, women, and children into our congregation in Springfield, Massachusetts. By joining us, you can praise the Lord with like-minded individuals throughout the week. This way you'll be able to get the spiritual guidance you need to live a better life.

Membership

Becoming a member of our Baptist church is simple. At the beginning of each service, we have an open call for new members. Once you've shown interest, we'll review our membership details with you. We'll also find out if you accept the Lord as your Savior. Aside from being baptized in the faith, there are no other qualifications for membership.

Baptism

Before you're baptized, you'll go through a training period. During this training, you'll learn more about baptism and the importance of the practice. You'll then be baptized and accepted into the congregation.

Becoming an Active Member

After you've joined our Christian ministry, we'll draw up a church covenant for you to sign. This will encourage you to attend services regularly at our location. While there aren't any commitments, we recommend following the covenant to become an active member.

If you want to leave the church for any reason, our pastor will be happy to speak about it with you. You will also receive a letter of recommendation that you may use to join a new church.
